a) By birth
b) By nine month’s continuous bona fide residence in the County immediately prior to the competition
c) By service in a Unit of HM Forces stationed in the County

U15’s Born on or between 01.09.10 to 31.08.12

Seniors Born on or before 31.12.06

Awards
i) Individual awards will be presented to first three finishers in each race i.e. First, Second and Third overall. If a Master in any category were to finish in any of the first three positions, they be awarded their age category award as well as the overall position award.
ii) Awards will be presented to the first three teams in each race. Senior men teams are the first four athletes to finish. In all other races the first three home will be the scoring team. There are no team declarations required for any of the races. Again, each club may only medal once.
iv) To count as a team a club needs to be affiliated to Suffolk County Athletics and ALL competitors must be wearing the registered vest of their club (of the same design and color).
v) Masters age categories, taken as age on the day of the race, are as follows:
Female F40, F45, F50, F55, F60, F65 & F70
Male M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, M65 & M70.
Please note:- Audio devices are not permitted whilst racing. Any athlete using these devices during a race will be disqualified.
