General Rules for 2024 Series
- The Suffolk Grand Prix (GP) is only open to Suffolk County Athletics Association (SCAA) affiliated clubs and their members.
- SCAA will allocate points to each eligible runner and club, based on the results provided by the race organisers.
- Runners are responsible for checking their own information in the race results e.g., that they are in the correct gender category, allocated to the right affiliated club, and that their name spelling is consistent throughout the series (e.g., William vs Bill). Any errors should be notified to the race organisers within 5 days of the event so that they can be corrected prior to the allocation of points.
- SCAA will calculate of GP points based on this information. No further amendments can be made after this point, as to do so would involve considerable amounts of additional volunteer time.
