Picking up at Council Offices (back of track), Bury St Edmunds 6.45am.

Team selections – Male
The County Cross-Country Championships, held on 7th January 2024 at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, will be used as the primary basis for selection for the UKCAU. Therefore, any athlete who wishes to be considered for selection in the Suffolk team MUST ENTER in the Suffolk Championships.
The first 6 athletes finishing will receive an invitation to run at the CAU Cross Country Championships. That leaves 2 places for team managers discretion.
If for any reason you don’t wish to accept the place can you let me know asap. Also if anyone on the reserve list wishes to be removed can you also let me know asap so I can give someone else the opportunity of getting called up. Thanks Martyn

SOUTHERN CROSS COUNTRY INTER COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Saturday 9th December 2023 at Horspath, Oxford OX4 2RR
Athletes competing in Saturdays championships can find relevant information and timings in the SEAA XC Prospectus.
The County AA have arranged coach transport and all athletes (and parents, or anyone else accompanying an athlete) are encouraged to use it so we can all travel as a team.
Pick up 1 – Coach leaves Ipswich (Northgate Leisure Centre) at 6.00am
Pick up 2 – Coach leaves Bury St Edmunds (Council offices at back of track) at 6.45am
Cost of travel is £15, payment by cash of cheque payable to Suffolk County AA
Vests will be provided by the County to wear or can be purchased on the day.
