Age Groups
- Senior Men/Women – must be at least 20 years of age on 31/12/2023 Born or before 31/12/2003.
- Under 20 Men/Women – must have reached their 17th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023 but NOT their 20th birthday by midnight 31/12/2023, born on or between 1/1/2004 and 31/8/2006.
- Under 17 Men/Women – must have reached their 15th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023 but NOT their 17th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023, born on or between 1/9/2006 and 31/8/2008.
- Under 15 Boys/Girls – must have reached their 13th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023 but NOT their 15th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023, born on or between 1/9/2008 and 31/8/2010.
- Under 13 Boys/Girls – must have reached their 11th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023 – 1/9/2023 but NOT their 13th birthday by midnight 31/8/2023– 1/9/2023, born on or between 1/9/2010 and 31/8/2012.
