Clubs can enter as many teams in each age category as they wish.
Closing date for entries is Friday 28th March
No entries after this date.
Entry fees: £10 per Senior runner, £8 per Junior runner
Deadline for team declarations: Thursday 10th April

U13’s Born on or between 01.09.11 to 31.08.13
U15’s Born on or between 01.09.09 to 31.08.11
U17’s Born on or between 01.09.07 to 31.08.09
Seniors born on or before 31.8.07
Masters age categories determined by age on race day
Awards
Team finish positions will be determined by the combined time of all competing runners in the team
County medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams in each age category.
