The 2026 Inter-Counties Senior Mountain Race will be held on Sunday 3rd May
People’s Hall, Howgill Lane, Sedbergh, Cumbria LA10 5DQ.
The Senior Inter-Counties Mountain Race is organised on behalf of the UK Counties Athletics Union by the UK Athletics (UKA)
Held under UKA rules.
Suffolk County AA has the opportunity to send Male and Female teams to this event. Teams can include up to 5 runners – 4 x Seniors and 1 x U23 (U23 is defined as not reaching their 23rd birthday by the 31st December in the year of competition).
The first three finishers from each team will count in the team competition. Teams with fewer than three finishers will not be ranked in the team competition.
Athletes will be selected on current form and at the team manger’s discretion. Teams need to be declared by Thurs 30th April.
